I'm teaching a Forward Extensions workshop at Spirit of the Lake Yoga on Sunday, February 19th from

The Spring Women's Retreat on the North Shore is almost full so please send in your registration if you're planning on attending.
The Spring Cargill session started Friday, February 17th. You may pro-rate the session if you'd like to start late or won't be able to attend all the classes.
I've added a few new workshops on the workshops & retreats page – check it out!
The next Monday and Thursday evening class sessions at Spirit of the Lake Yoga in Excelsior begin February 27th and March 1st. Mondays are 5:15 – 6:45 p.m. and Thursdays are 7 – 8:30 p.m. These all-level classes are being offered as 8-week sessions. If you'd like to join the session after it has started you may pro-rate the session. If you have to miss class you can make it up during the session you're registered for at one of the other evening session classes. You can register for these sessions at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/home.asp?studioid=13139. Click on the Pre-register Class Series tab at the top of the page. I hope to see you there!
There will be a free introductory (or make-up) class at Wayzata Community Church on Tuesday, February 28th from 6:30 - 7:45 in the Middle School Media room. Please join me and feel free to bring anyone you think might be interested in yoga! The next 8-week session at Wayzata Community Church will begin on Tuesday, March 6th in the Community Room – register at http://www.wayzatacommunitychurch.org/pages/page.asp?page_id=166799 or the first night of class.
